Book now available for purchase

After the slight delay I am now happy to announce the book is available for purchase online through the bookshop run by publish-me.com.au The buy page and side bar on most pages has the link which will take you direct to the book page on that site. From there you can select the postage option and then go on to payment. Secure payment is handled by paypal and you have the options to pay by a paypal account and of course mastercard, visa or discovery card. Other online options are coming soon.
Other options will include amazon.com in both printed and kindle versions. These should become available within the next 2 weeks. I am also looking at some selected bookstores in Australia and will keep everyone posted via the blog and the buy page.
The reason for using the publish-me site is because they helped produce the book. They managed the project and outsourced the production to their team of professional editors, designers and illustrators. Everyone I have shown copies to have been really impressed with the design and print quality. So I feel I really need to give the team at publish-me.com.au a lot of credit and say thanks for their work and professionalism. I found them responsive and supportive to my goals but ensured I stayed realistic. They also offered great advice when it was required and when they thought what I was wanting was not in my best interests. Thanks again.
